* Applicants to the program will be vetted as companies who identify as web professionals who grow their business by adding clients through web, store or application design, development, marketing, maintenance. Non Web Professional applicants are eligible for Liquid Web’s Referral or Reseller program. Partner can choose 1 method of payment for account which will apply to all deals. Residual is Default. One time payment of MRR will equal the lesser of the MRR in the 3rd month and the average MRR over months 1-3. Payments to referrer are calculated at the end of each month and disseminated within 30 days from the end of each calendar month. For any given month when Web Professional’s ongoing commission payment is less than $100.00, Liquid Web shall defer commission payment until such month when the aggregate commission exceeds $100.00. Commissions shall only be paid for new referrals or revenue introduced to Liquid Web or Services added after Agreement signature. To be considered an Active Partner at the start of a new calendar year and maintain their current tier of residual, and WHMCS Control Panel Plug-in Free of Charge, Web Professional must refer a new customer or increase its Services by at least $100 annually.
